    Our client had a Superfund site with significant PCB contamination and some spots within the excavation area that also indicated the potential for RCRA hazardous soil.

      Community required the trucks to take a specific route to avoid local congestion. Heritage supplied our own drivers and each truck drove an additional 5 miles per trip in order to comply with the approved route

      Located and rehabbed a rail yard 15 miles away from the project site to load intermodal containers onto railcars, collaborated on a sampling plan, and client resampled potential RCRA/TSCA soil and confirmed it didn’t exhibit RCRA characteristics and could be more affordably managed.
