Sustainability Metrics

Heritage Interactive Services works with its customers to develop their desired metrics for tracking and reporting as a standard course of operations. Each customer has various requirements, environmental procedures, and cost management initiatives that need measured on a pre-scheduled basis. Metrics are provided via the Internet, e-mail and during face-to-face meetings at pre-determined intervals such as weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually depending upon the customer's requests.

YOUR SUSTAINABILITY AID - Auditable Independent Database

We create a virtual company around every facility we serve using our proprietary software as the central business communications mechanism. The customer, the suppliers, and the Heritage Interactive Services team can all access the same database within the established security hierarchy. Other attributes of the Heritage Interactive Services software system include:

• Exceeds level three detail as provided by credit card purchasing systems

• Data can be downloaded as easy to use Excel spreadsheets and charts

• Data can be uploaded to customer financial or other enterprise tracking systems with minimal bridging software

• Standard and customized reports of all types, including EPA annual reports, are available

Our independent auditable database can monitor all environmental goal accomplishments such as carbon footprint, recycling and reuse levels for all by-products, landfill avoidance achievements, as well as risk control data.

Our enterprise-wide data rich custom software package yields useful, appropriate, and secure information. All types of by-products, all manners of containers, all collection or shipping methods, re-use, reclaim, recycle or disposal receive equal priority and our customers can access their data in one streamlined system. We can incorporate their internally determined codes, categories, or nomenclature so that all invoices and reports are readily understood by local and corporate personnel.

Customers have secure access to our systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 a year via the Internet. Customers are able to request, grant, or remove access on plant, regional and corporate levels for as many users as necessary. Our internal systems are set up to process transactions in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars or Pesos. Public Internet and other system portals for customers, suppliers, and employees are offered in English and Spanish.
