Event Management
Many customers generate significant waste and recyclable materials from their industrial cleaning and maintenance, episodically generated waste or by-products, and environmental remediation activities. Heritage Interactive has the ability to manage these projects to ensure that our customers achieve the most value and capture all recycling and disposal metrics for corporate sustainability reporting.
Heritage Interactive Services maintains a project management group to focus on the support, guidance, and timely performance of these special events. Our project managers have widespread industrial maintenance, remediation, construction and site clean-up experience. Heritage Interactive Services coordinates the full range of services required to handle projects from start to finish. A project manager provides a single point of contact facilitating extensive project analysis, managing sub-contractors, and meeting all regulatory requirements. A comprehensive system of progress review and consistent health, safety, and environmental monitoring helps to ensure a smooth hand-over to the customer at the project's conclusion.

• Asbestos Abatement – eliminating the customers environmental liability
• Building/Equipment Decontamination – prepared assets to a saleable state
• CFC Refrigerant Recovery – safely recovered all chlorofluorocarbons
• Cold Idling Services – prepared facility for transition
• Equipment Destruction/Scrap – off-set the cost to destroy equipment with best available commodity rebates for scrap
• Equipment Relocation/Sale – assisted in determining best disposition for various unused equipment: moving to different locations within a customer's network, sale for re-use by others, or sale for scrap value
• Facility Decommissioning/Demolition – removed facility from active status by cleaning to desired customer guidelines and regulatory standards, then assured demolition.
• Industrial Cleaning – clean confined spaces, large scale tanks, floors, etc…
• Site Remediation – work closely with Environmental Departments to safely remove pollution and/or contamination from a facility and surrounding properties
• Underground Storage Tank Removal -- achieved a "No Further Action" status
