FREQUENT ANCILLARY SERVICES

Project Management: Services provided may include, but are not limited to assessment, design, construction,
demolition, consulting, engineering, labor and management coordination of on-site or off-site remediation projects, plant closures, routine and episodic industrial maintenance.

Equipment Needs Analysis: Equipment and equipment financing as may be proposed as an improvement in By-Product Management or other manufacturing support services

Environmental Health and Safety Support:  Services provided may include, but are not limited to Employee or Contractor Training (DOT, RCRA, HAZWOPPER, etc.), Contract Staffing (Full or Part-Time and Temporary), Planned Emergency Response Program, Laboratory Sampling and Analysis Services, Environmental Engineering Consulting, Site Audits, Permitting Assistance, etc

GROWTH AREAS

MRO Supplies: Heritage Interactive Services has embarked upon expanding their core by-product management services and is working with current customers to find new ways to improve the Life Cycle Cost of MRO Supplies and Services (Maintenance, Repair, and Operation). The intention is to offer a better environmental alternative, reduction in cost or waste, while utilizing Heritage Interactive Services's proven business model, i.e. vendor consolidation, customer service and volume/cost reporting.

Sustainability Programs: Services provided may include, but are not limited to Green House Gas (GHG) emission audits and verification, energy usage audits, emissions reduction planning, associated consulting and program implementation, alternative energy technologies, and carbon offset trading. Heritage Interactive Services will provide service oversight in the form of determination of services needed, audit and recommendation of qualified service providers, on-site labor and management as necessary.

Other Manufacturing Support Services:  Services provided may include, but are not limited to provision of Process Chemical Management, Process Fluids Management, Wastewater Treatment Operations Management, Janitorial Services, Building/Grounds Maintenance, Other Grounds Activities (snow removal, parking lot maintenance), Supply Cage Management or Supply Services as needed (Uniform Rental/Landry Program, Safety Supplies, Janitorial Supplies, and/or other Environmentally Friendly Products).
